Payment & Registration Policy

All purchase orders must be paid in full by May 28, 2027, to guarantee registration and lodging. Registrations with an outstanding balance after May 28 may be released to the waitlist, and lodging cannot be guaranteed due to hotel room-block availability.

Lodging is reserved based on confirmed, paid registrations. If payment is not received by the deadline, the reserved room may be released. If space remains, the registration will be subject to the late-registration rate of $2,950 and lodging availability.
