Led by Dr. Ingrid Haynes and a dynamic team of literacy, coaching, and leadership experts, this immersive, face-to-face retreat is designed to help you become a more intentional, confident, and impactful literacy leader.

This year's retreat will challenge you to gain clarity around the practices and systems that truly drive literacy achievement, develop the courage to lead meaningful instructional change, and strengthen your coaching practices to help teachers turn professional learning into classroom implementation.
We will also explore AI as a powerful tool for literacy and instructional leadership. From streamlining workflows and analyzing information to strengthening professional learning, supporting data-informed decisions, and enhancing coaching conversations, you'll explore practical ways to use AI to increase your effectiveness while keeping great teaching and leadership at the center.
Whether you're a literacy coach, instructional coach, teacher leader, aspiring coach, administrator, interventionist, district leader, or veteran educator, the CLLR is for you!
