The National Literacy Institute is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and service-minded volunteers to help create an exceptional experience for educators from across the country. Whether you enjoy welcoming guests, assisting presenters, organizing materials, or working behind the scenes, we have a place for you on our volunteer team.
Our volunteers are more than helpers—they are ambassadors of the National Literacy Institute and play an essential role in creating a welcoming, professional, and memorable conference experience for every attendee.

Registration Team

Volunteers should plan to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled shift for orientation and team assignments.

Volunteer Commitment
To receive complimentary conference registration, volunteers are asked to commit to their assigned volunteer responsibilities and arrive on time for each scheduled shift.
Our goal is for every volunteer to both serve and enjoy the conference experience. We carefully schedule volunteer assignments so everyone has opportunities to participate in keynote sessions, breakout learning, networking events, and the exhibit hall.
