Volunteer at the MEGA Conference

Join the crew that makes the magic happen! We’re seeking energetic, service-minded volunteers to support a smooth, welcoming experience for 1,000+ attendees. Whether you love greeting guests, organizing materials, or keeping things moving behind the scenes, there’s a spot for you.

 

Where We Need Help

Registration Team

• Welcome attendees, check in guests, print/hand badges, manage lines, and answer schedule/location questions.

Exhibit Hall Ambassadors

• Support vendor check-in, guide traffic, monitor session times, assist with raffles/giveaways, and help with quick problem-solving on the floor.

SWAG Station

• Assemble and restock swag bags, organize materials, greet attendees, and track inventory.

T-Shirt Station

• Distribute sizes, manage pre-orders/exchanges, keep the area tidy, and help with quick sizing questions.

Book Section

• Organize displays, restock titles, support checkout/QR codes, manage author-signing lines, and answer basic questions.

 

Shift Options

• Pre-Conference (Fri.) – Afternoon setup & registration

• Reception (Fri. evening) – Guest greeting & flow support

• Conference Day (Sat.) – Morning or afternoon shifts (you may select more than one)

Plan to arrive 30 minutes early for a quick huddle at your station.

What to Expect

• A short virtual orientation before the event
