📚 Certification Requirements

To earn your certification, participants must:

  • ✔️ Complete all 4 days of training (32 hours plus )

  • ✔️ Participate in collaborative planning and training design sessions

  • ✔️ Develop a literacy implementation plan for their school or district

  • ✔️ Demonstrate application through a training, lesson, or coaching model

  • ✔️ Successfully complete a final certification reflection or assessment

Dr. Ingrid Haynes is a nationally recognized literacy leader, educator, and advocate with over 30 years of experience in transforming literacy instruction. As the founder of the National Literacy Institute, she has dedicated her career to equipping educators and families with the tools needed to build strong literacy foundations for all children.
